Q: Is there a minimum purchase required?
Ans: Yes. The Card People Ltd is a wholesaler so the minimum purchase is $3000.00 JMD.
Q: Do you print on bags?
Ans: No we do not, however we have a good relationship with a printing company and would be happy to give you a referral.
Q: Do you take purchase orders?
Ans: Yes, please call us at 960-5621-0.
Q: Do you deliver?
Ans: Yes, but based on driver availability.
Q: Do we have a north coast office?
Ans: Yes, please call our sales representative Lavern at 797-9601.
Q: Do you produce your own bags and cards?
Ans: No, we do not. We source our goods from very reputable brands.
Q: Can I get singular items or do I have to buy the whole pack?
Ans: Some items are available as singular items but most do come in a pack. We cannot open packs to switch colours or change the amount in the pack.
Q: Do you do special orders if I need something you don’t have?
Ans: Yes we do, however this is limited by the size of the order. Please note it takes 6 weeks for the shipment to come in.
Q: Do you take debit or credit cards?
Ans: Yes we do.
Q: Do you deliver islandwide?
Ans: Yes we do, with the exception of St. Thomas and Portland. Deliveries outside of Kingston are usually done once a week, or more often based on demand.
Q: Can I get a discount if I place a large order?
Ans: Yes we are a wholesale company, so we do offer volume discounts.
Q: What are your operating hours?
Ans: Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00, and Saturdays 10:00-3:00 during our peak months of November and December.
